Wyatt FAFSA ChatBot

Wyatt is BDT's AI-powered digital FAFSA advisor. During my time at BDT I got to work on several paid marketing campaigns for Wyatt, bringing in over 73,000 additional users through various channels. I also had the opportunity to redesign the Wyatt web chat UI, which led to a 5x increase in web chat engagement.
