Drivers of DEX
The Drivers of DEX diary study was a multiphase initiative that examined the factors affecting Digital Employee Experience (DEX). The results included complex, copy-heavy data from 10 different participants. I translated this data into easily digestible posters.

Social Media Rollout
When the Drivers of DEX study was released, we created a series of social media video teasers featuring user stories from the report. The videos carried forward design elements and illustrations from the printed posters, creating a cohesive visual thread across campaign assets.
